Grateful for your visit. My desire and goal are to be present for and with others who walk the journey of grief, loss, hope and transformation. My path has chosen me to become centered in mindful ways within grief of a dear husband, within life, in doing and in being. It expands in curious ways. I am many things as we each are, a mother, mindfulness practitioner and teacher, coach, mentor, ex IT architect, and a widow. I hold an MA in Mindfulness Studies, along with Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Economics.
